Who can use the Merchant service?
Anyone who has a physical/ online and makes frequent deliveries
How fast is the on-the-go service?
Both the Merchant and On-the-go users enjoy same-day delivery for intra state deliveries and 2-5 day delivery for inter-state deliveries.
Do you offer door-to-door deliveries?
Yes, we pickup items from your location and deliver them to your destination.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes but for now, cash payment is only available on the On-the-Go service because we intend to let our merchants manage their delivery costs
If I am paying with cash and the rider does not have change, can I transfer?
Yes, you can transfer.
Can I schedule a pickup in advance?
You can only schedule a pick up as a merchant and a merchant could also make a pickup recurring.
Can I call the rider ?
Yes, the rider’s info will be displayed.
